Tax Prep
Federal and state returns with the context most might miss, and the details that change the bill.
High earners feel it first — big tax bills, RSUs and ESPPs, rental property, an LP stake in a deal, a business of your own. It's easy to let the tax tail run the whole show. We bring it to heel with prep, planning, and advisory led by an Enrolled Agent, federally licensed, plus a plain-English walkthrough of every return.

We simplify the tax code with your interests in mind. Let us handle the heavy stuff that most preparers punt on — equity compensation, rentals, businesses, multi-state returns, LP deals and interests. So you walk away feeling lighter and freer.
Choose what works for you. If the work needs a wider net, we'll let you know.
Federal and state returns with the context most might miss, and the details that change the bill.
Year-round guidance, quarterly decisions, IRS notices, estimated payments, and tax moves made before the deadline.
Notices, audits, back taxes, payment plans. We'll deal with the IRS on your behalf, so you don't face it alone.
If your return has a footnote, then we're probably a good fit. RSUs, ISOs, ESPPs, K-1s, 1099s of various flavors, multiple states. They're the ones we do every day.
Equity comp is our home turf — try the free RSU tax calculator, or read how RSUs are taxed and whether they're taxed twice.
Books as well as returns — monthly bookkeeping from $300, plus what usually goes wrong for contractors and agencies.
No scramble on the fifteenth. We plan before the deadline, and walk you through the return before it's filed. So April is just a date, not an event.
Get ahead of April
The $500 is a federal return — that is where prep starts. Complexity moves it: most of our returns run over $1,200 once you add multiple states, K-1s, equity comp like RSUs, or rental property. Advisory packages start at $1,500. We quote you before we start, and we do not sell you a package you do not need.
We look at your situation, ask what changed, and decide whether RWB is a good fit. If the answer is no, we will say that directly.
You get EA-led work, specialty experience, and a video walkthrough that explains the return in plain English. The goal is not just filing. It is knowing what happened and what to do next.
DFW, NYC/Tri-State, and virtual nationwide. Federal is federal, and we handle multi-state returns as part of the work.
Send the facts. We will let you know what we can do, what it will likely cost, and what effect it will have.
